Pet Retreat
If you are a pet person, you know it is not easy being away from your “best friend”…and while you would love to bring your pet on vacation with you, it is not always possible…
…and sometimes you just need a break from everyday life; from picking up after your dog, or changing the litter for your cat.
Decker Farms, the Retreat's supplier of organic eggs, meats, and poultry, opened a pet kennel last year. At River's Edge Kennels was visited by many of the Retreat's clients (well, their pets, actually) last year with rave reviews (from our clients…we didn't speak directly with their pets).
So, after many years of a deeply-trusted relationship between us, At Kw'o:kw'e:hala Eco Retreat and At River's Edge Kennels are partnering-up for you and your pet with the Pet Retreat Package.
Choose any Eco Retreat Package, and add a retreat for your pet At River's Edge Kennels…you can both retreat from everyday life…relax, play, eat, and sleep…on your own separate retreats.
Located on 5 ½ acres along the Fraser River just west of Hope, At River's Edge Kennels and Decker Farms offers a wonderful location for your pets' retreat. Horses, cows, pigs, goats, chickens, a resident dog and 2 cats, and wonderful, caring humans, give your pets a beautiful, rural experience.

Dogs enjoy 2 walks each day (3 for puppies), nutritious snacks, a warm sleeping environment with an off-the-floor bed, an inside and an outside play area. Upgraded spa packages are available. |

Cats enjoy a warm cat room with separate, spacious cat kennels, a safe inside and outside play area (weather permitting, and only if outside exposure is desired), daily cat litter changes. Special rates apply for more than one cat. |
